They don't offer the Calif package? They used to have price for that also.Comment

My guess is because they can't secure a good supply of the 10-round max magazines...
I bought mine back in February from Classic Firearms at $269 + $10 hand pick fee. Managed to clean it very well, but haven't shot it yet for fear of liking it too much and using up the 500 rounds of Makarov ammo I have saved up.
The trigger is really nice though... Much better than my Norinco and Bulgarian Makarovs' factory trigger pull.Last edited by pklin1297; 03-29-2013, 6:02 PM.NRA Member, CAPRC MemberComment

Yeah Markov ammo is readily available and is easy on the wallet. I think when I will save up I start getting in the 9X18 world more active. I love my little p64 Radom. It's a fun round and IMO I think the CZ 82 is one of the best pistols that shoot the 9X18.
Does any one have ballistics on that round?Comment

Glad I bought one from J&G in person for $199.00 in December. Buying one in Cali through an FFL01 transfer would make it not worth it to me. There are a lot of guns that we love because of the value like Mosins and many Mausers and C&R pistols. But if you have to pay the price, plus shipping, plus Cali sales tax, plus transfer fee, plus DROS, many of these guns lose their appeal. A CZ82 is not worth $325.00 to $350.00 to me, but was steal at $199.00 flat (oh, yeah, except for the $19.00 DOJ extortion paperwork fee).NRA Certified Metallic Cartridge Reloading Instructor, Shotgun Instructor and Range Safety Officer

J&G had only 5 around 4PM PST today.
Prefer J&G and don't mind paying little extra because they are really helpful and they even pick the pistol while you are on the phone unlike other vendors.Comment
