Seems JG is a wee bit higher. SOG has them for 239 and Wideners had theirs for about the same price but are out of stock right now. Looks like things are looking up ;P

They don't offer the Calif package? They used to have price for that also.

My guess is because they can't secure a good supply of the 10-round max magazines...

I bought mine back in February from Classic Firearms at $269 + $10 hand pick fee. Managed to clean it very well, but haven't shot it yet for fear of liking it too much and using up the 500 rounds of Makarov ammo I have saved up.

The trigger is really nice though... Much better than my Norinco and Bulgarian Makarovs' factory trigger pull.

Yeah Markov ammo is readily available and is easy on the wallet. I think when I will save up I start getting in the 9X18 world more active. I love my little p64 Radom. It's a fun round and IMO I think the CZ 82 is one of the best pistols that shoot the 9X18.

Does any one have ballistics on that round?

Glad I bought one from J&G in person for $199.00 in December. Buying one in Cali through an FFL01 transfer would make it not worth it to me. There are a lot of guns that we love because of the value like Mosins and many Mausers and C&R pistols. But if you have to pay the price, plus shipping, plus Cali sales tax, plus transfer fee, plus DROS, many of these guns lose their appeal. A CZ82 is not worth $325.00 to $350.00 to me, but was steal at $199.00 flat (oh, yeah, except for the $19.00 DOJ extortion paperwork fee).

J&G had only 5 around 4PM PST today.
Prefer J&G and don't mind paying little extra because they are really helpful and they even pick the pistol while you are on the phone unlike other vendors.

You might have paid AZ sales tax on top of it right?

For some reason I don't think that they charged me but I would have to dig out the receipt to make sure.

Great little gun, my wife is deadly with her cz82.

They are all SOLD out, I was able to pick the last hand select with shinny bore and per the salesman has very good bluing for $20 more.

these guns have gone up in price, is it worth $279+$20 +shipping for these guns?
