I have both and the Rasheed is great to shoot. I haven't shot the Hakim yet. I've thought about keeping the Rasheed and selling off my sks. Also have been kicking around the thought of selling the hakim but not sure the value.

Nice score on the Rasheed, would like to pick one of them up in the future.

Like I said before, no one is forcing you to read my post. If you don't like it, don't read it.
I am simply posting information to help people avoid breaking the law. If you don't like that or don't take the laws and regulations that govern those of us that are 03 FFLs seriously, that is your problem.
Yes we are suppose to be a community, but we are also suppose to be a law abiding one, not one that disobeys the law because of intentional ignorance or the rational that they can get away with it because it's minor and it's hard to enforce.
It is part of this "communities" rules that "The suggesting or advocating of illegal activities is not allowed." In CA, the FTF sale between private parties or shipping of a long gun under 50 years old to a 03FFL is against the law. Suggesting that short cuts can be taken on that 50 years and that the law doesn't really need to be followed because DOJ has better things to do as some have suggested can not only end up getting some member into legal trouble, but is also against forum rules.
Better that we police ourselves than have the government crack down on us because people decide that they can ignore certain restrictions/laws that they agreed to follow when applying for a 03 FFL.

By the way, you were irritated because I simply pointed out and quoted what you were posting. Very interesting.

You need to add a bit more information.... Are you saying a Hakim has these symbols, and you would like to know their meaning??

If so, where are the markings, specifically, and a clear photo would be of great assistance....

Brave man bumping a heated thread :P
I always thought in the US you are innocent until proven guilty So if there are no records for the month of the rifles manufacture, wouldn't it be impossible to prove you are guilty of importing a gun less than 50 years old?

                according to google:

                1) prosperity
                2) It is the symbol of Nyx Goddess of the Night
