I already placed an order for one with J&G. This thread has got me thinking I should order 2. I don't even have any room or need for more SKS rifles... but I want them.

        I WANT ALL OF THEM!!

Nice pickup on all SCBH! Thanks for sharing.

Now the hard part, eh? Which one to keep and which two to let go!
You will never, in your life, have a chance like this again.
If I were you, I would not pass this up. I would not let this go by...this is rare.
          Come on...what harm??

Yeah, but compare the shape of the "3". The early Chinese example has a rounded three, the Russian has the three with a flat top.

Post some nice pics when you do. Would like to hear your "secret recipe". Stock refinishing seems to be like food recipes, everyone has their favorite way of doing it.

I'm gonna strip it, iron out any dents/dings, sand it, stain it, coat with polyurethane many times.

It looks like the hand selects are worth it. I might have to order two more.

I know what you mean. I'm really digging on mine. Half of the fun is just the surprise of opening the box. I'm totally glad I bought one. I've done much stupider things with $250!

It was really fun to have them delivered to my house. It was my first time using my 03FFL.

I threw confetti at the UPS guy, in celebration, and he punched me in the throat, dropped my box and ran back to his truck.
