    I don't think they are affiliated, the one in Granite Bay isn't too big and they are gunsmiths also.

        The two best- non commercial (bringback) Russian, and non-comercial (bringback) Chinese.

        I had a commercial norinco which I sold. I also have a bringback T54 Noirinco which looks as good as a Russian non-import. The fit/finish is on a whole different level compared to the imports with safety added.
