That was really kind-of a 1 time deal for you. Sarco has them for $145 but they won't ship to us.

As a general rule, even 24/47s seem to be going for over $200 these days.

I obtained this as well as a few other choice firearms from a older gentleman who was a retired USAF Colonel. He spent much of his career in Europe. He brought back more than a few firearms in footlockers when he returned to the states.

SVT-40 also has an unscrubbed VZ-24 with crest IIRC. Which I am also envious of.

I love these crests I had 5 or 6 and got rid of most of them due to economy but kept this one a '37 b5 serial number in the white

A little pitting but no counter bore. Great shape for a rack grade rifle that old...

Thanks for the compliment. I've been very lucky to have the opportunity to obtain some of the fine firearms in my collection. I've also been lucky to meet and become friends with other collectors all across the country.

The bore is VG+ to me, mirror bright with strong lands and groves.
