    I paid a total of $91 to the live scan operator 30 December 2011. That included the fee to DOJ. I let my COE expire more than 12 months and had to reapply with fingerprints. I received the same COE number.

    I'm going to test the 1 in 30 exemption today. Bought a new Glock 19 -- DROS started 09 June 2012. Going to buy an LC9 today.
