    Where's the $150 Pre-Auction Estimate Milsurp Rifle?
    Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

The thing that sucks about RIA is on the cheaper milsurps they pack them together in groups of 4 to 6 rifles so if you are super interested in one rifle you have to buy 5 other possible POS rifles to get the one you want. Last year I saw a Finnish M27RV in a lot of 6 rifles, the rest were not something I would buy like Swiss Vertellis or Italian Carcanos, etc. The group went for $3,500 or so, but after fees and shipping it was probably $4,500 to get an impossible to find $3,000 rifle and 5 pieces of scrap metal & firewood.

I collect Military Arms and enjoy shooting in local matches. I also collect older Lever Actions, especially those chambered in odd/old cartridges. If you have a nice old Winchester or Marlin in 25-20, 32-40, 38-55, 40-60, 45-70, etc etc, please PM me and we can work out a deal.

My point exactly. Unless you have a ton of money to spend this and like auctions are of little to no use to the average collector.
