Mauser Range report

[SKSer45]

Ok so took the kids out to range for the very first time today!

Using Yugo 8mm M49 ammo and mother nature bipod.

98m Mauser grouping at 50 yards


m48 Mauser grouping at 50 yards, jerked it once



100 yards 98k mauser



100 yards m48



Took a photo of this at the end of the day. This was just a collection of both mausers at 50 and 100 yards in standing, sitting etc. Quite pleased with both rifles





Over all both were good shooters and was happy with the results. Basically everything was used military style, no scope, bipod, match ammo nothing. All Iron Sights and surplus 8mm. I have to give the German 98k the edge, much more leaner, smoother and better trigger. However Yugo is 2nd to none enjoyed shooting it.
