My Swede mausers are IMO the smoothest ever. However the glassed K31 can't be beat for reaching out and touching something far away.sigpicOriginally posted by Dr. ElkyIf your a man who wears white sunglasses, your probably a douche bagOriginally posted by CSACANNONEERI've been know to cross dress and go the other way at certain events.Comment

The Swiss rifles are smooth. But for real long range accuracy and a smooth Mauser action it's hard to beat the Swedish M/41 sniper rifles and their target version Cg/63's.

Except a BATTLE rifle has to have gone into battle. Not had a small argument with its friend over who's turn it is to buy the beer. Oh wait! That's right, the Swedes didn't even want to get involved then did they? They stayed neutral in the battle of the Pig and Whistle. Could explain why their rifles don't look like they went through a trench, over a beach, through the desert etc.....I'm just saying.Comment

Many Swedish Mauser rifles saw heavy service in Finland. The Swede's supplied many rifles to Finland and there were many Swedish volunteers who brought their personal "target" rifles with them to fight the Soviets.
As far a WWII and Sweden's "neutrality" why do you thing the Nazis never tried to invade Sweden? It was not because they did not think about it... It was because based on their calculations the cost in men and material would have been far to great...
That's because every man in Sweden had his own M/96 and could shoot well. Plus the Swede's spent money of defense and actually had plans to defend their country..Poke'm with a stick!

+1 for ^^^
Love my Swedish Mausers. My friend keeps offering me a Ag42B and a Lahti pistol for them though, so that is pretty tempting.Soli Deo Gloria.Comment
