    Minnesota C&R Vendors

So, I am going back to MN for the Holidays. I'm going to be around the twin cities area. Should I bring my C&R with me? Any good C&R sellers out there?

I don't know if anyone out there has a good C&R section but I take my license with me where ever I go.
    Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

Can they sell C&R pistols to C&R holders in Minnesota? Don't know what the rules are there...

Yes. You will still need to make sure the dealer you want to buy from understands that is OK.

So, I was going to try to take advantage of Cabela's black friday, $99 Nagant pistol deal but the Cabela's in Rogers MN is apprehensive about selling to me.

I was very nice and told the guy that the Reno Cabela's does it all the time but he said that he would need to call his corporate office. Fingers crossed!!!

Don't forget to check their gun library too. You never know what you might find.

Will do. Thanks for the "heads-up".

I've gotta get them to let me buy first, though, seeing as how I'm a lowly California resident, and all.

If they give you a hard time, try downloading the handgun registration form and show it to them. It explains right on the instructions that it is normal for you to acquire a C&R handgun out of state and bring it back here to the PRK. Here is what it says:

Here is the link to the form: http://oag.ca.gov/sites/all/files/pd...s/curioapp.pdf

I collect Military Arms and enjoy shooting in local matches. I also collect older Lever Actions, especially those chambered in odd/old cartridges. If you have a nice old Winchester or Marlin in 25-20, 32-40, 38-55, 40-60, 45-70, etc etc, please PM me and we can work out a deal.
