Also own it, watched it so much can almost recite the lines - also own Band of Brothers and have watch it alot too - now if I can just keep 'em straight . . .I'm only smiling at you while you talk to me because it's hilarious that you really think I give a crap about you.

Sorry, this film has to be watched on DVD with 5.1 surround sound to be appreciated.
I actually own a original M1 helmet (with orange "2" diamond on the back) and a M41 jacket (complete with blue diamond Rangers patch on arm - 2nd Rangers - Tom Hank's unit) actually worn by stuntman, Pavel Cajzl during the filming of "Saving Private Ryan" when they were filming in Hertfordshire, England and in Ireland (beach scenes).
Perhaps, next time I can dress up when I watch the film.
