I feel ya. I'm procrastinating on getting my COE. I just picked up my first M91/30 from Turner's last week. I got impatient while waiting for my 03FFL to arrive. I got it before the wait was done. Wasn't a total waste because I got two Marlin 795's at the same time.

My son, Airman Skitters. is in Arkansas. Recently he's bought an Arisaka T99 and this past weekend a Russian SKS. Not sure when he's planning on sending them home. I told him to wait until he has a chance to shoot them, the SKS will be easy to get ammo for, the T99 not so much. I imagine I'll see them by Christmas, that's when he plans on coming home.

Oh, I also have 2 Walther P1's in the back room at Turners waiting on the 1 in 30 rule. Got 21 more days till I can start the next DROS. They won't take my C&R + COE and honor the exemption like some ffl's will.
