    Quick C&R Handgun Question

Hi CalGuns- quick question about purchasing a C&R handgun, specifically a 1895 Nagant revolver. I love revolvers, but I'm 19. Is it possible to purchase a C&R handgun if you're not 21? I haven't found much anywhere online, figured this would be the place to go.
    Thank you!

Handgun is handgun is handgun. Must be 21 to purchase a handgun from a dealer or to do a PPT at a dealer.

Ask your parent or grandparents if they will give you one for Halloween.
      Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

That is being challenged in court by the NRA as we speak, but we'll see how that turns out.

Only option is a revolver manufactured before 1898. Good luck with that.

It's legal for your parent or grandparent to buy a handgun and give it to you as a gift. They have to be a resident of California (I'm assuming that you are) and they really have to buy it for you as a gift. You can't give them the money to buy it.
