Nevada C&R license has arrived!

Finally I can start mail ordering any C&R! No more dealing with people who wont ship to California and I can mail order C&R handguns. This is about to get real expensive.

Handguns still have to be received at your Nevada residence and $19 per handgun applies when you bring them home.

Yup, but thats it. I have yet to use WA license yet, but for the price, it will be worth it.

Yeah, I know about both requirements. Still way better than a 10 day wait and a $75 transfer.

Cali is insane! Its overrun with illegal immigrants and its like pulling teeth to legally own a gun there. I lived in San Diego for 3 years, glad I bounced when I did.

Lucky. Closest relative I have willing to help out is in Idaho so that's where I'm getting my second C&R.

That's still ok GADS at least you will be able to by pass some of this states stupid laws.

And, don't forget. You can legally ship firearms you OWN to yourself. So, if you buy a firearm with your ID license you OWN it and you could have it shipped to you.

Thanks for the info, I read your thread. That is some good info to know. I thought it was only valid where you physically were at. Now I know and knowing is half the battle

It is also legal to receive eligible firearms at a location that is not your licensed premises. However, BATFE does recommend that such a location be licensed if receipts are frequent.
