All of the Swiss straight-pull rifles are Schmidt-Rubin even the RCBS dies say that as well.

Though very similar in appearance, the zfk is also a completely different receiver than the k31, sharing only one small part in common.

So...... Why does Swiss Products say "Schmidt Rubin" on our scope mount packaging? Same reason that everyone calls nose tissues "Kleenex", when in fact the same sort of tissue is made by half a dozen other Mfg's.
A newcomer to the Swiss rifles seems to know the name "Schmidt Rubin". A k31?? What the heck is that??

That's because most people know them as "Schmidt-Rubin". Not much different then people calling No.4 Enfield calling it "SMLE", since that is also technically incorrect.
