May I suggest you put this time to good use and go get a bigger safe.

If I'm possibly moving in three months, should I wait? What is the address change procedure?
Never initiate force against another. That should be the underlying principle of your life. But should someone do violence to you, retaliate without hesitation, without reservation, without quarter, until you are sure that he will never wish to harm - or never be capable of harming - you or yours again.

For my first purchase I was hopping to get a Yugo Tokarev M57, but J&G sold out, so i'll probably be going with a Hex receiver Mosin Nagant shipped to my doorstep.

Eagle Eye, the copy goes to the Chief law enforcment officer for your City/County. For LA county it's Leroy D. Baca.

I know i've read about the process to change your address, but I guess it didn't retain. Sorry.

You send the CLEO copy to the Chief or Sheriff or whatever agency would show up at your front door if you called 911 from home.

I would wait you have to file an amended form with new notice to new CLEO. First one took 2 months for me now I have heard it takes 1 month. Once you get your documents 2 weeks later you get a bunch of ATF books, DVD , and forms.

Do what you want but me personally I would wait you may get it and have it sent to old location. I got mine in April 2010 and moved Feb 2011. Been there done that good luck.
