I know others have posted their books and I've seen some on the internet.
I just thought I would add one more to the mix.
You will see that I added page 2 twice. I have a printer that will print on both sides of the paper. I printed pages 1-2 first then pages 3-4. this will give me a nice "book" style. You could also print just page 3 for your last page if you want the back of your book blank.
