    Reloading 9mm Makarov

I've been looking to get into reloading 9mm Makarov and was wondering if anyone knew where to find a 4 die set for this round? I've seen it referenced from Makarov.com so they must exist just I don't know where to find them. I posted this up in the ammo and reloading section but have had no responses so far and was thinking c@r forum might now.

The 4-die sets are just a marketing ploy by Lee. There is no reason anyone needs one to load reliable accurate ammo. Just get the 3 die set.

I think you miss understood him. He's not saying that you don't need reliable ammo. He said that you don't need to use a 4 die set to load reliable ammo. A 3 die set will load all the reliable ammo you need. I've been reloading on a Lee Turret Press for over 20 years with 3 dies and no problems.
                Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

Thanks morrcarr, that's exactly what I meant. Sorry if I wasn't clear. We all need accurate and reliable ammo. I just don't think ones needs a LFCD to load such ammo.

An even better question, where can someone find a makarov?
WTB: Marlin 989 M2 stock (uncracked), and 989 M2 rifles
                      Thanks

They're pretty common.. I've seen plenty for sale here in the marketplace.

Dude, I want one bad. What's the average price for such a specimen?

200 to 400 dollars depending. Now that there's the regular Makarov pistol chambered in 9mm Makarov. Then there's the cz82 the p-64 and a few others that escape me. The upper price range is for really nice Russian makarovs and the lower range is for bulgarian makarovs. I personally have a cz82 and wouldn't sell it for the world well maybe a mint colt python with original blued finish..... Maybe.....

I don't see a kit from Redding, but you can buy all 4 dies individually.

                              Sizing die
                              Expander die
                              Seating die
                              Crimping die
