Do not sell/trade the K98, you will regret it later. Carbines are being sold all the time, but there is only one K98 with your family history attached.

Don't agree with the verbage but I do with the overall tone. "Dr.Mauser", you really have no business selling off your collection to get engaged to a girl at your age when you're homeless.

Not a single person in the crowd is rational or reachable because the parade's for gay folks and it's in SF.

I must have missed part of the story ........or just don't remember it and tooooooo lazy to do a search. But memory has it that a carbine or two was sold for a ring and I was thinking a quick marriage followed ( or my memory is bad ) Move to WA and now a move back to CA. Homeless and wants a m1 carbine ?????? Dude you need a job first and everything else will fix it self ..........or what am I missing ?

I may have an IBM I would be willing to part with but your going to have to convince me that it is in your best interest when you certainly need cash for other things.

Limit politicians to two terms. One in office and one in jail.

I agree with Trickster; you should not sell your K98. But...if you decide to...let me know!

I will actually inherit a Standard Products M1 someday...but I hope that day doesn't come for a long, long time.

Guys, I'm seeing M1's for sale on Gunboards and right here on the trader every day. If you really want one, you'll find it.

                    Dr. Mauser,
You're looking at one month's rent, food, and fuel in exchange for that k98. But a month later you'll still be broke and you can never replace that trophy.
