I lost my original and copies of my 03...they seemed to have gotten "cleaned" up...anyway do i need to reapply or is there another way to get the 03 back...thanks..

If you call ATF's Federal Firearms Licensing Center at 1-866-662-2750 and tell them you need another copy of your FFL they will send you one. There is supposed to be a small charge for this, but I've never heard of anybody actually having to pay anything.
