    It's definitely Belgian.
    Nothing very exotic or of great collector value -- but neato anyway.

    It would be difficult to prove that it was not an antique.

      Post 1892 proof marks, made in Belgium for sure.I'd still rate it as an antique, you see lots of guns like this listed on Gunbroker as antiques.If you read George Laymons book on bulldog revolvers, you'll find out that these didn't sell well at all, price got as low as $3.85 in a Sears catalog, believe it or not. Americans pefered single actions for holster pistols.
