    Classicarms?

Anyone have any luck with them? They keep canceling my order, but I'm not trying to order anything that is against CA gun laws or anything. They have K31's in stock for $200 btw.

Edit: So I just called them, they don't ship to CA at all anymore.

    Boo, gotta find a middleman.

I've had great dealings with them, both ammo and some C&R rifles. Maybe what you are trying to get is not ok in your county?

I doubt that it is...well first off I tried ordering a Saiga 7.62x39. Got a bunch of emails saying they needed my FFL dealer to fax over their license. Waited for my FFL dealers information to get faxed to them, never did, order got cancelled, not a big deal. I just tired ordering a K31, and immediately got the email back saying "SORRY.NO.TRANSFERS.TO.CA". Unless I'm mistaken somehow, K31's are legal here.

Me: "Do you ship to CA, at all?"

Woman on the phone: "No, we do not transfer to CA."

That blows, they were sold to another company withen the last year IIRC. When I sent them a copy of my FFL they had no issues with California what so ever.

I guess the new owners don't like money, if it's the CFLC then maybe they should consider upgrading their paper pusher to at least a 9th grade education level.

Yeah, I'm pretty disappointed. $200 bucks seemed to be a pretty decent deal on a K31.

After you said this, I took a look at my bound book. Maybe things have changed, my last rifle from them was 10/08. I did get some ammo from them in July of this year. Sorry to hear of this.

Widerners still has K31s for 195 plus shipping which was around 10 dollars. My order took about 2 weeks to process after I sent them my C&R, and it looks like they are still a little behind. They sent me a nice 1950's made K31 though.

Too bad. In the mid 90's they used to ship to CA. I know, I ordered from them. Hicap mags.
