    Just when I thought ....

Just when I thought I was out of the 32ACP game I get sucked back in. Another member here listed up for sale his French made Mauser HSc and I saw it shortly after he listed it and was able to meet up with him yesterday to do the transfer.

Here's my new to me Mauser HSc.

    Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

Getting out of current .32s for carry or plinking is one thing

But returning to a really nice collectable .32 is altogether different.

I had an Interarms '1 of 5000' .380, it was very accurate.

          French made Mauser

Is this simuliar deal as the French made Walthers?
Walthers pp's/ppk's were made in France post war because they couldn't be made in Germany because of allied restrictions. They were so well made and correctly priced, that Walther continued to make them there even after the restrictions were lifted.
Interested in the follow up reports.

These were technically "assembled" in France. When the Mauser factory was captured they had a bunch of "parts" already made. The parts were sent to France where they assembled what they could with the parts they had. So, 100% German manufactured with French assembly.
