    Shipping C&R handgun

I recently sold a c&r handgun to a person in Tennessee and am going to the Reno gunshow this week. Could I ship it direct from Nevada to his ffl03? I know I can not do this from California but I was wondering if it would be allowed from Nevada although I am a resident of California?

You *can* do this from California. There is no CA law that prevents you shipping to a FFL who is located outside CA.

Your limited to ups now since FedEx has stopped accepting from individuals.

As SkyHawk mentioned, you can ship from CA. Now since it's going to an 03 C&R FFL I'm not sure if you can use www.shipmygun.com or not but it's worth looking into. They have really good rates.
        Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

Did FedEx say no to 03 FFLs too?

FedEx didn't differentiate by type of FFL. See this post.

They did not say no, but they do say any FFL wanting to ship has to have an approved agreement in place first, and some scuttlebutt on the street is that you need to be a fairly large volume shipper to get the agreement.
