I was out yesterday banging the gongs with my m39 and surplus ammo...290yd commie gong went down after first shot. The m39's are excellent. Had an old man next to me banging along trading shots on the gongs with his 03.

That m44 with brand new looking wood is dam fine. No lacquer at all? Looks like just BLO'd?
