Very nice looking.
I had a Yugo refurb M44 that was in excellent condition. Unfortunately I sold it years ago.

Cool Mosin's!
Empire has always been a good source for some interesting guns. I got my Egyptian FN-49 sniper from him a few years ago.
One of my more uncommon Mosin's would be this Chinese Type 53 carbine. Absolutely new and all stamped matching. It still had the small cloth bag of anti rust medium under the rear sight leaf. Nice original grease through out.
It's also not import marked.

Great stuff - nice group and collection. Makes me want to give more look to Mosins. I have all of one, a 91/59, but those really are quite intriguing.

Nice pickups, BR!!
And thanks for giving away my go-to sites for Cosplay items...prices will go through the roof with all the CG'r orders, haha!!You will never, in your life, have a chance like this again.
If I were you, I would not pass this up. I would not let this go by...this is rare.
Come on...what harm??

It is hard to find a T53 that isn't thrashed. Even harder to find one that is all matching. I haven't ever seen another T53 that was in the same ballpark as that one. Unbelievable..WOW!Cool Mosin's!

I am not into Mosins after sending my Finn M39 down the road, but these rifles in these pics are outstanding and work the effort to get. Mine appeared to be one that put many poor Ruskies deep into the Finn winter snow, very well worn.

Whats really interesting about all of the Finnish Mosin Nagants is the Finn's never made any receivers.
Every single Finnish Mosin was built from a captured Russian rifle.
The Finn's made every other part barrels, stocks, triggers, bolts everything.
But no receivers.
Just think of the numbers of captured rifles needed to arm an entire nation.Poke'm with a stick!

I've read that there were about 200,000 M91 Mosin Nagants in Finnish arsenals at the time Finland achieved its independence from Russia. That gave them a jump start on MN receiversWhats really interesting about all of the Finnish Mosin Nagants is the Finn's never made any receivers.

Pretty sweet Remington SVT. I came VERY close to buying a very similar BNIB condition one at the Santa Barbara Gun show about six years ago but we couldn't come together on price. We were about $400 apart and I couldn't bear to pay that much for a Mosin, granted the coolest, most beautiful Mosin I had seen in person at that time.
Have you or will you ever shoot it or is this a safe queen?NRA Certified Metallic Cartridge Reloading Instructor, Shotgun Instructor and Range Safety Officer
