Colt from 1970/ NEW pics with NEW grips

50 year old exemption allows nice guns from outside this sihthole and Knowledgeable FFLs. Plus Colt kept impeccable records for shipments. Allowed me this nice 22 Colt Diamondback to come all the way from Connecticut. NOTE the pre 1970,LARGE lettering on the barrel rollmarks with the Colt address!

Oh man that is a beauty! Congrats!

edited to add:. Man...that is the faintest turn mark and one of the nicest "Rampant Colt" marks I've ever seen! Very nice!

        Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

6”” is great but didn’t come out until 77/78 so a few years before it hits the 50
year mark frmo outside this shthole. Pete

Let's see...$300 to cerecote it....$200 for a compensator...$500 to grid down the frame to fit a red dot....
two years in the shop...better pay another $200 to replace all the springs with cheap chicom harbor freight
components while it's there...$150 to UPS for shipping...Almost forgot, $100 for some rubber grips...

                        That's about it.

This way that old obsolete revolver will be both tactical and relevant. When do you want to start?

Excellent point, which I appreciate. I was fortunate to find both an Anaconda and Python via PPT in CA. Enjoy your Diamondback...it is a really beautiful Colt.
