The bore is pretty rusty but I can see no signs of rifling. I assumed it had eroded away but maybe not.
A 45 LC fits nicely in the cylinder but it does look like anything 45 caliberish and shorter than 2" would also fit.
I also have a Velo-dog from the same guy, and yes this one is a LOT bigger although very similar in appearance.
