Just got this yesterday on an ammo order mailed 3/19, received to CMP 3/23/09...

"We have received and verified your recent order. There is nothing that we will be able to tell you about the order until we have input all orders received ahead of yours into the system. Your order will now advance to our sales area and from there to our shipping area. Please note, that unless otherwise listed, our order to ship time is 60-90 days. You will receive other emails as the order progresses."

I can only imagine how overwhelmed they are.

i feel dumb. i forgot what date i sent in my order..... i'm just waiting to see my cc charged... or waiting for a email.

Can you add rifles to your submitted offer? I wanted to add a 1903 to my order! Hopefully, the CFO of the house doesn't catch that...

You can change your order, but it bumps it to back to the date that you made the change. Its just like starting all over. If it's been a while since you made the order, it's better to just make a new one for the 1903.

SG HRA and 2 spam cans update

Gotta call from CMP this morning since I had originally placed an order for LC ammo with my rifle. She offered the Greek which I took. I even ADDED another can to my order on the spot albeit at the new price. So you can add more ammo if they have it when/if they call.

My order rec. 2/6/08 for sg HRA and 2 spam cans
got a DBU on 3/5/09
CC charged on 5/7/09

So right around 90 days. I'm assuming it ships soon.

They are doing better than a few months ago. I received my Lake City 30-06 this week.

got my carbine and it looks like a racker. areas of pitting on both sides of the reciever below the wood line. pitting on the trigger group and spots of rust. NOT COSMO. parkerizing 50-60% Wood sound but beat to hell in areas. The barrel is bright and the lands and grooves are nice. Called cmp and they are going to send me a new rifle.
