The CMP website updated yesterday.
It now shows sold out for the Service Grade M1 Garand.
SOLD OUT - NOT ACCEPTING ORDERS - 11-20-06

Really...I realize I was being really selfish by sharing my experience...I won't make that mistake again! And I won't tell anyone about this guy/place I know about that has STG58 FAL's with Imbel receivers in really great condition for $750+/-...For sure I won't share any of this type of info and irk anyone who just doesn't want to know...

If you get off your butt and overnight an order tomorrow you can probably still get one. ( Or at least get on the waiting list ) Orest said that they will accept the orders that arrive up to the end of the week to account for the one's "in the pipeline" when the announcement was made.Comment

Hmm....I sent my paper work off two weeks ago for 2 SG Garands. I hope I am included in that list. I am also a first time CMP buyer and I have not heard a word from them yet. Is this normal?Comment

There's quite a lil' markup on those; and the CMP frowns upon it.... Take a gander 'round here and on Gunscal, there's a recent sale for $899....but seller unsure if it is/was a SG or Collector grade; has an import sling on it though...................Originally posted by Tweak338
