Get the SVT. They aren't making them anymore!

SVT. More history, and they're much more rare. PSL's are cool, but I personally don't see the draw to them...

SVT for collector, PSL for shooter.

Depends on what you want to do with the rifle you buy.

Have both, love both, but like the others said, get the SVT. They're still making PSLs.

                      Hey guys,

I've always been a fan of the PSL. They're no Drag, but I hear they can still get 1 MOA if your lucky. Besides the history and collectability, what makes the SVT so special. Is it that great of a shooter or so rare that you don't want to be shooting it?

                        In my opinion,

The nicest thing about the PSL is their looks. That is about the nicest thing I can say about them. I didn't find shooting one anything special.

The SVT40 is no longer in production and has seen service in many wars. It is a battle proven rifle with a history. It is no longer made, but its design has influenced other rifles like the SKS and the FAL.

SVT - A PSL just can't compete with the history and collectibility of an SVT.
