Rays partner was Robert Penney.
What killed their original plans was the 68 gun Bill .
They were set up to sell the M68 and M80 via Mail order.
That law killed it. Mr. Penney sold off his share of the company which he helped Ray start. I believe he (Ray was in the go-kart business originally out in the Irwindale / Azusa area when he met Bob and pitched the idea for the gun. Mr. Penney is still around coming up on 92 in Nov.
He has a few box's of both completely machined barrels for those suckers as well as barrel blanks still.

I've had one for many years. Well made. Shoots great, peep sight kinda useless on the pistol version so the guy that sold it to me recommended shooting from the hip and following the destruction. Producing them again now, so magazines and even stock adapters are available now. Mine came with four 31 round mags and a bag to hold them and the gun.
