      I am kicking around a couple of ideas right now. I'm looking at a couple of barrels on the internet and I think I may pick one up and have it cut down to 26" or so and have it modified to take removable chokes. That way it becomes as usable as a modern gun, but I won't do any modifications to the original barrel. If I do that, I will no doubt have way more in it than it's worth, but I don't really care about the cost if it's even remotely within reason.

        That would be cool if you find a shorter barrel for it. I would think it could do fairy well for shooting clays. Even if you don't take it out on a hunt, clays are the next best thing.
