CZ-82 from Classic Firearms

I have my eye on the CZ-82. I like the idea of the cartridge, the handgun itself--in other words, on paper, I like everything about it. Here's the question: what condition is "good" from Classic Firearms for these guns?

And where do you get Cali-compliant 10-round mags? They ship 1 12-rounder, but presumably take that out before shipping to California hopefully.

Not "supposedly". They do work. Thing is because the 9MM Mak is bigger around than the 9MM Kurz it will only hold 9 rounds.

I got one from the Mosin Crate. I got 10 round .380 magazines and they feed 9x18 Mak. They only hold 9 9x18 Makarov rounds

and they rattle with 9, not really good for CCW.
