I have been gone from there over 25 years. Heck, as far as I know, maybe shoe strings are illegal there now
But I would not foresee any problem owning a Antique Design Black Powder Cannon anymore than A cap and Ball Revolver and such.]
A Black Powder cannon of antique design, and does NOT use a readily available self contained cartridge, even if fired by an external ignition system such as a friction primer, fuse or cannon lock, should not be regulated there anymore than anywhere. Some local Laws may get you though. Likely not though..
