    I have been gone from there over 25 years. Heck, as far as I know, maybe shoe strings are illegal there now But I would not foresee any problem owning a Antique Design Black Powder Cannon anymore than A cap and Ball Revolver and such.]

    A Black Powder cannon of antique design, and does NOT use a readily available self contained cartridge, even if fired by an external ignition system such as a friction primer, fuse or cannon lock, should not be regulated there anymore than anywhere. Some local Laws may get you though. Likely not though..

    Not legal advice though, just my opinion.
