Now normally I'm not a fan of Russian arms and the SKS bores me but this freaking cool.

It's not supposed to be an SKS. He did it to tune his hand loads to the caliber. It's a cartridge mule.

I was on the same board as this rifles builder, at the time he was putting it together, and remember it's development. It's purpose built, and turned out exactly like he envisioned, with stuff of the shelf, or fabbed himself. I think it cost him like 50 bucks in todays money. PAX
