Look at gunbroker or ebay... But ebay can kiss my *** so I suggest gunbroker when looking. I see them for sale all the time.
If you want to take guns off the street...
    Then buy one yourself

Order them online. Do a Google search. I've seen several places that carry them.

Online or gunshows are going to be your best bet.

Hmmm, Be weary of these. Those that one typically finds online are usually cheap knockoffs that do not have the proper dimensions to work, and if you do get a few that are well made, their is no guarantee that they will A) hold ammo well or B) Work well in your rifle. I have a half dozen, and only one works well, and even then it's all a dice roll, sometimes it jams...sometimes it slides right in, but then it worked well for a friend's gun.

So I'll leave you with this: Go for it, as stripper clips are fun, but prepare for it to be a hit or miss experience.

look for ones with tikka marks (finnish) clips work really well because the retainers are like enfield clips

If not, try to find ones with ishvesk or circle 11 (11) marks on them. these are the best working ones in my experience

the weak stamped metal with the sharp corners or the brass ones eitheer don't work or are too brittle for use

I got some online, and they don't work all that well for me, but frankly, the Mosin is a bit of a pain to load in any event

Several companies have been selling recent made Chinese knock offs of the Finnish design. Even marked with Tikka stamp. Fooled a lot of experienced collectors until source was tracked down over on gunboards.com. Still, they reportedly work quite well and are fairly reasonable.

How many are you looking for? I have some Hungarian ones I might part with. They're milsurp and they work.

My buddy and I recently went shooting and he shot corrosive yugo ammo through his Mosin and figured he could just piss in the barrel and call it a day. Several days later the bolt was rusted shut but I guess the fouling wasnt TOO bad.

i got mine from a guy on ebay:

they work perfectly if you know the correct ways to load the clips and load them into the rifles magazine.

                          edit:
hah doughboy334 beat me to it his post was made before i had a chance to finish mine :P

Yes. That's the style (with the little extra wings) that's being repro'd.
