Anyone running garand gear gas plug

Have them on two of my rifles. Honestly, I don't notice any difference at all. I assume it is working. Hotter loads still feel hot. So... who knows.CRPA and NRA member.
Note that those who have repeatedly expressed enough vile and incoherent content as to render your views irrelevant, have been placed on my ignore list. If you can't use HXP ammo from the CMP since the projo attracts a magnet, PPU and S&B offer Garand-safe ammo. There is no need to use a GG gas plug for Garand-safe ammo.
If you reload and use smokeless powder no slower than IMR 4320 then you are good and no need to use a GG gas plug. The Hornady manual has a section on reloading for the M1.
If the GG gas plug is for the end of the world z*mbie ammo, stock up!

I have one that I swap in for hunting.
PPU 165 gr. SP and Remington 168 gr. TSX Hog Hammer.
150 gr. HXP and PPU M2 ball doesn't require it
Works great and only takes a minute to install.
