I have the opportunity to buy a b barrel with a great bore and a post war stock for $460 or an unissued 1968 m39 again with excellent bore and post war (obviously) stock. Of course I have to see them first to judge them more accurately. However, I do know the guy and he takes insane care of his rifles, so I trust it will be good. Just wondering what y'all think because I know the lot of you have much more experience in the market than I.

I envy you. Because I don't know anyone selling such nice rifles, and I am looking especially for the unissued M39. If I were you I would jump all over it. Tell your friend to email me and I'll buy his unissued one if you don't want it. carllovett@sbcglobal.net
