I have a M44 that shoots consistently and radically to the left. At 100 yards it shoots about 6 to 8 inches to the left of wherever I aim. Now I know that the front sight can be adjusted for windage by taping it to one side or the other, but the sight is already moved over about 1/16 of an inch. Should I just move it over more, or is there a different problem here? I don't want to move it over too much because it looks odd, but I would rather it shoot correctly.
Is there anything else that can be done to remedy this issue?
