Parts from Numrich

Numrich has been great for me, but shipping is SSSSLLLLLOOOOOWWWW from them.
I order and forget it for a couple of weeks, so I don't end up disappointed.

Same for me. Some parts I just can't find anywhere else and what I've ordered in the past has been cheaper than I expected. But after ordering I do just forget about it for a few weeks.

My first and last experience with them was terrible. They sent out hand guards with missing parts. I called their customer service, requested for the missing parts but they don't have them and gave me the options to keep as it or send it back with no refund on shipping.

When I need to return or exchange a part, I go to my orders and request a shipping label, print it, and send it back on their dime.

I got charged $8.50 for first class package. When the package arrived, the label said they paid $2.60. Thanks for charging me the actual shipping charge Numrich.

I'll look someplace else for parts. It'll be a cold day in hell when I buy from them again.

Shipping costs more than the cost of the postage but that seems very excessive. Tape, packaging, time, etc.

Numrich is much slower than others are, but as long as you're not in a hurry for a part they are GTG. I've not ordered a lot of things from them but the parts I've gotten haven't been junk or needing to be returned. They really do need to step up their descriptions with a bit more info or at least say if it's original surplus or a reproduction.

Remember it's not the shipping, it's the handling that costs more.
