Any chance you could make a chamber cast? Think that would give a good idea what your looking at there.

I don't think that will be too accurate . From the videos I've seen it is good to get dimensions but the cast is not smooth.

I ordered a bore camera, gets in Tuesday I will take pics of the inside of the bore along with before and after pictures of me cleaning it with kroil

Well the camera sucks lol. Needs alot of anti rust treatment as the chamber is the most rusted vs the rifling part of the barrel wonder why.

I have no experience with a Trapdoor rifle but you might be able to clean like other guns. Can you get a .410 bronze shotgun bore brush into the chamber? If so soak with Hoppes and go to town on it. That should help remove the surface rust from the chamber.

I had a very crusty barrel on a Krag rifle. I was going to replace it, but on a whim, I decided to try and clean it up. I took a stainless bore brush for a .40 caliber and ran it up and down the bore using a drill and an old cleaning rod that I cut the handle off of.

That bore came out as shiny as could be after a few minutes of work with the drill.

I've done that and even used toothpaste as a mild abrasive.
