I'm so sorry trap; I'll keep you and your mother in my prayers

Bigbossman, I personally aim for 7:30, but I try to get there a bit early so I can snag a table and set up a shade canopy when it's cool. Otherwise, 8:00-8:30 is a good time to arrive.

Dutch, that should work swimmingly. Ive got a spare tire I can throw in the back of the van and use that.

    Edit: doughnuts are coming along

Ugh.... that would mean a 5:30am departure time. I'll be there later - park crooked, save me a spot, and be on the lookout for a maroon jeep. I'll make it worth your while.... I have a clay thrower and a case of 12 gauge.
Always looking for vintage Winchester and Marlin lever action rifles. Looking to sell? Know of one for sale? Drop me a line!

My mom has beat cancer 6 times, number 7 has beat her this time. They gave her about 6 weeks 3 days ago, but when I saw her yesterday, I'll be surprised if she makes a week. Say a prayer if you would, this is going to be a rough one.
Sorry to hear that Dave. I wish you and your family the best.

I collect Military Arms and enjoy shooting in local matches. I also collect older Lever Actions, especially those chambered in odd/old cartridges. If you have a nice old Winchester or Marlin in 25-20, 32-40, 38-55, 40-60, 45-70, etc etc, please PM me and we can work out a deal.

Still trying to figure out what to bring. Will be driving a ghetto black 1999 VW Passat. Planning to arrive prior to 8 AM. We'll see if that happens. Wife made pasta salad.

That sucks. Happened to me on the grapevine once. Spent the night in the truck and froze my azz.

Ian, I am curious as to how your steel plate held up. I know we were punching holes in it with the .223, but I was also shooting it with my Camp 9. It was ringing and swinging, but I am wondering if any of them actually penetrated at that range.

after I take my long nap I'll throw a photo up; it's crazy. the .223 was going on through, but I don't think the 9mm went though. Some rounds left their jackets ON the steel, really cool looking.
