It's been legal for a good little bit now

So it's my understanding that you can have a C96 broom handle with an original shoulder stock and it isn't classified as an SBR, and now that applies to the M/23 Finnish Luger as well!

Looks like I'll be finding an original German shoulder stock to go with my 120mm Tikka barreled M/23!

Edit- Dang...never mind. Seems like it's GTG federally but violates CA AW law.

I'm confused, hasn't this been out a while? Folks have been selling the P64 as a C&R for a couple years. Walther P1s as well.

Even the time frame on the doc is almost 3 years old.

Model B-Super
Made from 1946 to the end of classic-model production in 1983, model Bs with Super upgrades were produced. The major change is the replacement of the swinging link with a Sig 210 (or modern Star) style closed cam path integral to the barrel. Related to this, a full-length guide rod with captive spring, and a quick takedown lever were added as well. All of these models have a magazine safety, but one slightly different from the later S variants, and the extractor is modified to double as a loaded-chamber indicator. Additionally, the sights are improved in shape to make them easier to see, and minor changes were made to the trigger system.

Any Super made between 1946 and 1965 are over 50 years old and are in fact C&R and are roster exempt. You just need to know how to date them.

Beat me to it, seems like everytime Star B Supers are talked about automatically a comment pops up they aren't C&R without taking into consideration they started production in 1946!
