    WWII collection complete.

I recently picked up a Type 99 which was the rifle I was missing from completing my WWII collection. I have the major players and a few other participating nations:

    Allies

    1943 SVT-40
    1943 M38
    1943 No. 4 Mk 1
    1945 No. 5 Mk 1
    1945 SMLE III* (Lithgow)
    1918 M1917 (Canadian Lend-Lease)
    1943 Garand
    1945 Garand
1950 MAS 36 (I cheated on this one)

    Axis

    1944 K98
    1942 Type 99
    1936 Carcano Calvary Carbine

Honorable mention to the Balkan flip floppers and the Winter War

1916 M91 (Romanian WWI Russian aid)
    1940 VZ-24 (Romanian contract)
    1909 M95 (Bulgarian contract)
    1944 M39

Fantastic collection and more complete than mine, grats. IMHO you need a PU Sniper. In your place, for my next buys I would probably be thinking about something funky like a Suomi or a Sten or even a Thompson to round things out a bit.

Nice collection! Props for the SVT-40!
It would be nice to finish the US rifles with an M1 carbine and 1903A3 though

Yup, you need that 1903A3 for the USA and then the handguns, The horror continues

That's my thought. A WWII collection without a M1 Carbine?
                        That's just my preference.
                        Anyway, that's a great collection.

                          Nice collection

Also, SVT40's are sweet, aren't they? I really like mine. Hard hitting, yet soft on the shoulder

You mean "complete" for now. Tomorrow is a different day with new urges to satisfy. I think a Mosin PU and a Springfield '03A4 would fit nicely into that group. For me the unicorn would be a stick fed 1927 Thompson.
