Some guy just conned my mom out of some money, and I feel guilty for it, so I am going to part ways with a few guns to pay her for what she lost, and then buy myself something. I have a Swiss K31, Yugo Mauser 24/47, enfield no 4 mk I. I kinda want to keep one. But Maybe I will part with all three so I can have a .22 conversion for my ar for this winter break. Which one do you think you'd keep?

Well you *could* use one of them and go get your mom's money back...
(kidding, kidding!)
Ammo issues (availability/price/etc) made me sell several milsurps in the past. Personally, I'd sell all of them.sigpic "On bended knee is no way to be free." - Eddie Vedder, "Guaranteed"

If you need to sell - All of them are replaceable - That said, keep the one with the cheapest ammo so you can still have fun -Comment

24/47's are still widely available, and easy to replace, that being said, it will be difficult to make an real money off of it. Maybe $150, more if you have ammo. The Enfield and K31 will command more money, but be more difficult to replace in the future. I would keep the K31, but fiscally speaking, it might be smarter to keep the 24/47 since all three go boom and you will gain the least by letting go of that one.
was the con legal? maybe you can creative...
Good luckComment

It was legal... or maybe not. He sold her some knock off electronics... Oh well. Lesson learned. I have a bit of ammo for two of the guns. I think I might get rid of all three and then after I am done with college I can get back in the collecting game. I have an Ar, 30-06, and some other goodies so selling these wont mean less range time, it might mean more.
Haha, on a side note I think its a good thing I didnt catch that guy when I was looking for him, I was in such a rage i woulda kicked his skkull in and ate his salty guts without even thinking about it... haha.sigpic

I really feel sorry for the younger collectors, the ones who came of age in the last 5 years or so. They don't have the opportunities we had to buy cheap surplus off the boat and Finnish assault rifles. Why don't you hate who I hate, kill who I kill to be free?
