        Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

Be sure to scroll down low in the machine gun ad and look at the pics.
              - More guns in the pit
              - Soldier kneeling with German 88mm anti tank round. Behind him is a US made "Priest" 105mm howitzer with a Ma Deuce mounted at the "pulpit".

The MG15 was originally an aircraft gun.
When the 7.92 x 57 cartridge got too small for aircraft use anymore, many 15s were converted for ground use.
That's why they have the funky sight set-up, so many sight options, and the add-on tube butt stock.

                  Those are neat.

I have been to Dachau. It is a sobering experience. Luckily we had a good tourguide who spoke with gravity and conveyed to us the seriousness and respect for lives lost that the camp should be remembered for. He asked us to picture what it was like for the prisoners there.

You would think that would be self evident.....
However, there were several groups that were joking, laughing, and snapping selfies while their tour guides droned on from rote memory and the tour groups paid no attention. It was embarrasing.

I would display these weapons as true TROPHIES taken from tyrannical oppressors and delivered into the hands of those who would only use them for liberation.

I could be off but I think that guy kneeling with the 88mm shell is the same guy in the pic (front of the ship) who probably is the soldier who got these guns....

PAX - you have an MP40 sling - PM me if selling ever?

                        The Auctions on second glance:
The auctions are well photographed, the story is cool and the paperwork - history.
But would you pay almost double what a C+R MP40 is selling for, for the story and papers? There are so many MP40's on the registry, check GB, Sturm, any of the NFA selling sites.

The MG15 is in that more vague territory, there are less of them in that condition, all original, but, having one myself (air-cooled kit with accessories) and have been trying to sell for almost two years, I would say the collector market for them is limited.
They are not like an MG34, MG42, MP40 or MP44 in terms of people wanting them.
I would be very interested to see if anyone bids on these auctions at the prices he has set, there are people who buy these items who have crazy money, but, this wold require someone to be so invested in the Dachau story, he was willing to shell out $10K- $12K extra (on top of the value of the SMG) for it, and many, many C+R NFA guns already have history going back to 1968 and often 1945 usually anyway.
