The alternative to getting the 12 round CZ-82 magazine permanently modified to 10 rounds, is to obtain/use the factory 10 round .380ACP CZ-83 magazine.
The 10 round .380ACP CZ-83 magazine works in the 9x18mm CZ-82.
But, due to the larger diameter of the 9x18mm cartridge, the magazine will only hold 9 rounds.sigpic

J&G sold me my CZ83 magazines along with the pistol. Back when they were cheap, a few years ago for $199.00. Fun little pistols, really sweet DA trigger, very smooth.
Or Audiophil has you covered or you might be able to just order some replacement magazines to your home. Not that big a deal.

I ordered one from JG Sales back in 2011 when I still lived in CA, had it delivered to Steve at Timber Outdoors in Reno.

I would just order it without a mag and then get a couple factory 10 round mags.Comment

It's a really neat gun to own and shoot. My local indoor/outdoor range would not let me shoot my surplus ammo. Factory ammo is to expensive and not a round I wanted to reload. It ended up just sitting in the safe so I sold it.

I love my Czech pistols.
Not sure if I will ever own a CZ50 or CZ70, unless they just happen to follow me home... but I am keeping these two for sure!

I have the CZ50, I am debating keeping it. The .32 ACP round is really expensive, I have not decided that I want to reload it, the round is pretty weak and uneventful to shoot. Cool looking little pistol though. Still debating on keeping this one. I kind of like the CZ52 a lot better, it is a far quirkier gun and I like quirky.
