I'm sorry guys, yeah they are at http://www.nodakspud.com/AR%20Lowers.htm

Essential Arms makes the lowers for the guys at nodak. Nodak just adds the "retro finishes" I believe.

They are XM16E1 lowers with the shaved mag release rail.

      When NODAC talks about the

"Please notice the roll-pin hole on the back end. It is sized to take a 3/32 roll pin just like the original.

But, unlike the originals, it DOES NOT intersect the buffer tube by cutting through the threads. I felt that was unnecessary, and could cause more problems than good."

So will a standard roll pin fit in there or do you have to get a different size?

Call them up and find out. If it does not fit, request a one of the other retro lowers to be marked XM16E1. They are pretty good about personalized stuff. The XM is more of a correct retro name than the other stuff.

Guys, this is a picture thread, not a discussion area. If you have questions about someones build send them a PM please. If you want to talk or ask a question create a new thread in the appropriate section.

Now to revive this thread, here is a shoot in Arizona with two .223 rifles. The Carbon 15 has since been sold. The STG556 remains dissassembled in CA

For those who care the Carbon 15 had a black ergo grip, UTG handgaurds, RRA railed gas block, YHM flip up rear sight, Brownells flip up front sight and an EoTech 551. Yes the BB was installed even though I was in Arizona... don't ask.

Since you can no longer shoot a registered AW in the National Forrest, has anyone shot their CA legal AR while out in the Forrest and has anyone had issues with ranger Rick for shooting them??
